I'm telling you, those chinese ask for alot! Can you believe that our marriage certificate has to be legalized by the Chinese consulate before we are allowed to go??????????
We-eird!!!
They ask for so much.. I guess that's what you call a communist country..
We also are required to pass lengthy medical tests. They want an EKG, a lung ex-ray, Syphillis and HIV test, and a general health exam. I guess we will not ask questions and just do them...
There are also the immunizations that we will be looking into next week. I for one am not crazy about vaccines. They do protect you from the source given, but compromize your immune system in general. I have not yet decided what I am going to do.
If any of you have knowledge on the subject, I would very much appreciate it...
So Sandy arrived today. I picked her up at the airport this morning and we went out to lunch at one of her favorite spots; BAJA FRESH...
For those who don't know about it, they make THE MOST wonderful burritos EVER : )
Then we stopped at Whole Foods to do a few errands and came straight home, where she crashed on the couch...digesting her burrito ...
Well that's all for now..
The word of the day is "CHA" ( like the dance chacha) which means tea. How appropriate...
Chao for now..
Pauline-out!!!
